If the goods are faulty, or do not meet our description, we will refund the purchase price plus shipping.
We do not offer exchanges on books, but if you are unhappy with a purchase please contact us and we will try to offer a solution.
If you have purchased a book on our website which is no longer in stock, we will provide an immediate refund of the purchase price and shipping cost paid to us.
Within New Zealand, your purchases will be delivered by CourierPost, without signature required.
Delivery Time: 2-5 days.
Orders from outside New Zealand will be sent by New Zealand Post Airmail, without tracking.
A tracking service is available for extra cost. Please enquire directly.
All customer details will remain confidential between Jason Books staff and the customer.
For credit card purchases made through our website, payment is made through e-way or paypal. No card details are available to Jason Books for these purchases.
For telephone orders made using a credit card, Jason Books will not record or store your card details in any form.
